        <![CDATA[<p>Our cyclo driver brought us to a quiet little restaurant for breakfast. In all honesty it seems like he woke up the proprietor just to feed us a five course breakfast. Looking at the business card it's impossible for me to even figure out what the name of the restaurant is, but it's on 4 Ngyuen Binh Khiem in Hue. Bánh bèo are tiny steamed rice cake dishes. These are served with bits of dried shrimp and accompanied by two bowls of nuoc mam: one with peppers, one without.</p>]]>

The grilled pork was more flavorful, is such a thing could be imagined, and the succulent, grilled pork meatballs and a tastier <i>nuoc mam</i> made this a far better rendition than our first meal.</p>]]>
