Our first street eat, bun cha in a narrow alley of food stalls south of Dong Xuan market. Here we have nicely charred grilled pork in a bowl of sweetened nuoc mam and thinly sliced chaoyte, topped with peppers and served with a serving of bun so large we asked the proprietor to halve our portion.
